Shipment of your Salon Performance purchase is handled through UPS Real Time Shipping. Prices for shipping will vary depending on both the method you select and the weight of your total purchase.
Upon checkout, select the shipping method you prefer. The shipping cost will automatically be calculated for you.
International shipping charges will vary by country.
RETURN POLICY
Returns or exchanges will be accepted within 30 days of the date of purchase on all merchandise in original package and in resalable condition only.
Prior to goods being shipped prepaid to Salon Performance & Supply, a "Return Authorization Number" must be obtained from Salon Performance Customer Service and printed visibly on the outside of all cartons being returned.
All returns are subject to a Restocking Charge of up to 25% of the merchandise cost depending on the condition of the goods and the length of time since the original purchase.
Claims for shortages and other discrepancies must be reported to Salon Performance Customer Service (888-884-8862) within 48 hours after receipt of goods.
